GMC is a search consultancy for engineers, managers and sales executives in the high-tech industry.

Prior industry experiences, an in-depth knowledge of the markets where we operate and of the positions we recruit for (R&D, manufacturing, sales and marketing) made us familiar with our customers requirements and with candidates expectations.
As a result, we are able very quickly, to identify our target, to activate our network of contacts and to qualify motivation, strengths and weaknesses of each candidate.

Working very closely with our customers, we propose them innovative solutions to communicate on the employment market, to organize the recruitment process, to find the right candidates and to evaluate them in the shortest period of time (around 6 weeks).
